FHA Girls Performance Development Camp
The FHA Girls Performance Development Camp is a comprehensive program designed for aspiring field hockey athletes looking to elevate their game. Through a structured curriculum and expert coaching, the camp focuses on advancing technical skills, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and the development of a competitive mindset.
This program prepares participants to perform confidently at the summer team selection camp and serves as an important step toward the ultimate goal of representing Alberta at Junior Nationals. In addition to on-field development, athletes will build meaningful connections within the field hockey community, fostering confidence, motivation, and teamwork.
