U19 FEMALE LEAGUE ONLY PROGRAM
For female athletes born January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008
Participate in the U19 Female League
This package is intended for highschool athletes who want to participate in the U19 League but don't have the time to commit to a full club program. You will be instructed by trained coaches who will help you to improve your field hockey skills, game play and conditioning. Perfect to help prepare for Spring Tryouts.

NOTE: there are no tryouts for most clubs.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
- 5 Sundays of 90 minute turf time: with weekly 30 minute practice prior to 60 minute game,
- field hockey socks (cover shin pads)
- FHA reversible jersey
DATES, TIME, LOCATION
- Sundays Sept 14, 21, 28, October 5, 19, 2025. No session on Thanksgiving weekend, Sunday October 12, 2025
- 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
- Hawkings Field, University of Calgary (3876 Warren Street NW, Calgary, T3B2X9)
COST - $100
EQUIPMENT
- Face Mask - mandatory for defensive penalty corners
- Shin Pads - models designed to cover ankles
- Stick - you may purchase or borrow from Field Hockey Alberta
- Mouth Guard - mandatory to play
- Turf shoes recommended but not required - no cleats please!
- Interested in goal keeping? We will lend you a complete kit with a security deposit
