U16 Girls: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2024 U16 Nationals will be held in Calgary from August 7-11.

U16 Boys: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2024 U16 Nationals will be held in Calgary from August 7-11.

U18 Girls: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2024 U18 Nationals will be held in Surrey BC from July 23-28.

U18 Boys: Practice 2-3 times/week at University of Calgary turf, usually on weekends. The 2024 U18 Nationals will be held in Surrey BC from July 23-28.

U23 Boys/Girls: Potential to add a U23 division to Nationals in Surrey BC from July 23-28 (Pending FHC approval and player availability)
