U12 Programs- Fall

U12 CO-ED OUTDOOR PROGRAM FALL 2022

(born Jan 1 2010 - Dec 31 2011)

This program is run by Clubs along with FHA, participants can sign up with their club of choice, or directly with FHA.

This program continues development of fundamental movement skills including running, jumping, balance and co-coordinative motor control. Athletes at this stage should develop movement proficiency, confidence and begin skill acquisition. Athletes will be introduced to more unique co-coordinative skills specific to field hockey and match play. Games are 30 minutes long, 5 versus 5 format. Goalies are welcome in this age group.
