Miscellaneous Payment Amounts
If you need to pay your provincial team levy but you have a casino credit and the amount you owe is not listed below, or you want to pay for something that is an obscure amount, please use this option. Please email FHA at info@fieldhockey.ab.ca prior to the transaction to let us know who you are paying for and what the program is. Thank you.

The Transaction on the paypal site will appear as a donation, this is not the case. Prior to using this option please make sure that you have communicated with FHA on how much you are planning to pay and for what program/service. Any questions or concerns please feel free to send an email.

EJP - Spring 2010

FHA Membership Fees - Categories
FHA has a range of membership categories 2010:

    1. Adult Membership (FHA $30, FHC $33) - $63.00
      • Mandatory for all FHAC, CLFHA, EFHA and Senior Provincial team athletes
    2. Youth Membership (FHA $20, FHC $15) - $35.00
    3. Mandatory for all CJP, EJP, CLFHA, FHAC and U12, U14, U16 U18 Provincial team athletes
    4. Associate Members - $50.00
    5. School Membership Fee - $150.00

**FHA membership schedule runs from September 1st of each year through August 31st of each year. This covers the indoor season and the outdoor season, you do not have to pay the membership fee twice in one year. One time per athlete each year, no matter how many leagues or teams you play with.**

Upcoming Events
The FHC Senior National Championships will be held in Calgary at Hawkings Field, July 21st thru 26th, 2009. Come watch the top hockey players in Canada compete for the honor of Canadian National Champion.
