FHA is looking for a new Executive Director
Field Hockey Alberta is currently seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization and steer its future development. We are looking for a qualified person who has experience within the non-profit sector and sport administration. Knowledge of field hockey is an assest but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:
The Executive Director, in collaboration with the President, VP Finance and VP Administration will oversee all aspects of the organization's operations, including development, budgeting and finance, communications, partnerships and future planning/visioning, under the guidance of the Executive Board.
- Oversee management of all aspects of operations and all tasks related to general administration of the organization.
- Grant writing and reporting.
- Fundraising and resource development.
- Management of financial records, budgets and fiscal accountability.
- Hiring and management of staff and volunteers and human resources policy development.
- Regular reporting to the Executive Board members.
Important Details:
Salary - based on experience
Hours - full time at 37 - 40 hours a week
Reporting to: The Management Group (VP Finance, VP Administration & President)
