CSHSAA Development Camp 2011

Goals of this Program

  • To provide athletes with top level training from qualified high performance coaches
  • Increase the number of athletes participating in field hockey and their abilities
  • Peak interest in the Field Hockey Alberta provincial team programs and what is available to the CSHSAA student athletes beyond the high school league in Calgary
  • Provide a recruitment opportunity for athletes who have the aspiration to playing for Team Alberta

Program Details
The program details listed here are for each weekend

Registration Fee: $75.00

Fee Breakdown:

  • Facility Rental
  • Athlete Insurance
  • 1 T-shirt
  • Coaches expenses

Registration will be confirmed once the registration form and payment has been received at the FHA office. Payment options include the following:

  • Payable by cheque to Field Hockey Alberta, mailed or dropped off to the FHA main office in Calgary
  • Payable online, via paypal and all major credit cards (processing fees apply)
  • Payable in cash, in person at the FHA main office

All participants must bring: a stick, mouthguard, shinguards, athletic clothing, athletic footwear for use on indoor turf, a water bottle and a snack for each session.

Junior/Beginner Development Camp - March 25th - 27th, 2011

  • Friday, March 25th, 2011 – 6:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturday, March 26th, 2011 – 1:00pm – 4:00pm
  • Sunday, March 27th, 2011 – 10:00am – 1:00pm

Senior/Advanced Development Camp - April 1st - 3rd, 2011

Dates & Times:

  • Friday, April 1st, 2011 – 6:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Saturday, April 2nd, 2011 – 12:00pm – 3:00pm
  • Sunday, April 3rd, 2011 – 1:00pm – 4:00pm

Long Term Hockey Development Model
