The first practices will be held on the following days:

  • Monday, May 3rd - 7:30 - 8:30pm, Foote Field - Edmonton
  • Monday, May 10th - 7:30 - 8:30pm, Foote Field - Edmonton
  • Saturday, May 15th - 10:00am - 12:00pm, Foote Field - Edmonton
  • Sunday, May 16th - 7:30 - 8:30pm, Foote Field, Edmonton
  • Monday, May 17th - 7:30 - 8:30pm, Foote Field, Edmonton

Levy Due Date: May 30th, 2010 - FHA Office, Edmonton (payable via cheque, cash or online via PayPal)

Eligible Athletes - Athletes must be 13 years of age or younger as at December 31st, 2010

Cost - $TBD/athlete includes - approximately $600 for the PYG only (Fee is subject to changed based on number of athletes & number of tournaments/events out of province):

Tournament #2 - PYG July 9th - 11th, 2010 Winnipeg, Manitobapyg

The Prairie Youth Games are a semi-competitive program for younger athletes. This program focuses on skill development through practice sessions leading up to the summer tournament in which athletes from Alberta compete against teams from Saskatchewan and Manitoba.  Athletes compete in the annual PYG tournament that alternates each year from Winnipeg, Calgary or Edmonton, and Regina.  Athletes from all provinces compete in a fun festival format and have a fun social event during the tournament.

Traveling to Winnipeg in the 2nd weekend of July.  A total of 17 practices Mondays 7:30-8:30pm & Saturdays 10-12pm - fees will be announce shortly.  Edmonton would like to send an all boys team and all girls team this summer. Start Date: May 3rd, 2010

Upcoming Events
FHA is renewing a familiar tournament in 2010. We will be hosting the 1st Annual Alberta Cup, this year we will host a club championships for the first time in many years. FHA will also be hosting the 2010 Canada Cup, the premier U18 tournament in Canada.
